With our Online Check-In system, you can begin your registration process ahead of time, which will expedite your care and significantly reduce your wait time by the time you arrive at the clinic.

We also offer virtual appointments. The doctor will see you via video call, so you'll be able to stay in the comfort of your own home.

Whenever you have an unexpected illness or injury that is non-life threatening, and your primary care doctor is not available, we encourage you to visit 1st Choice Urgent Care. We're here 365 days/year – and our Dearborn EAST clinic is open 24-hrs per day.

For any potential life-threatening medical conditions such as chest pain, risk of stroke, difficulty breathing, severe fractures, loss of eyesight, we encourage you to go to the hospital emergency room. Should you visit 1st Choice Urgent Care and we determine a potential life threatening condition, we will immediately call 911 for an EMS/Ambulance to take you to the nearest hospital emergency room.

No. We treat walk-in patients on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do our best to limit your wait time in a comfortable waiting area.

We accept most types of insurances, as well as cash, credit/debit cards, and personal checks.

Please bring your insurance card, if insured, and also a government issued-photo ID. If you regularly take prescription medication, please bring with you. Also, if you've had any recent medical tests, it may be helpful to bring copies of the results with you.
